Shipping - all cookie shipping orders are processed, baked, and shipped

within 5 - 9 days. Please allow an additional 1-4 days for USPS shipping times. We cannot guarantee a shipping date. WE DO NOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS OR BEFORE MAJOR HOLIDAYS.

Refunds/STORE CREDIT -of course we want you HAPPY with your custom orders...if you have ANY ISSUES at all we can sometimes fix them ON THE SPOT...but please email tspbakingcompanyORDER@gmail.com within 24 hours OR CALL IMMEDIATELY UPON RECIEVING so we can remedy the issue and decide on a NEW CAKE/STORE CREDIT/REFUND to create a solution.
